What will you do as an HR Officer?
No two days are the same. You will support the HR department with a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks, including:
- Preparing employment contracts and amendment letters
- Processing employee data in various systems
- Managing digital personnel files
- Supporting employee onboarding, development, and offboarding processes
- Processing and checking sickness absence records
- Monitoring important deadlines such as contract renewals, Certificates of Good Conduct (VOGs), and training programmes
- Answering questions from employees and managers
- Supporting HR projects and improvement initiatives

You work accurately, are well organised, and enjoy making sure everything is arranged down to the last detail.
In addition, you have:
- MBO level of working and thinking
- An affinity with HR or personnel administration
- Strong digital skills
- An accurate and structured way of working
- Excellent communication skills
- A professional and trustworthy attitude
