Breedweer’s Kraakhelder Podcast

The Kraakhelder Podcast is a new series by Breedweer Facility Services, a social enterprise that uses cleaning as a means to create social impact. In six episodes, journalist Inge Diepman talks not about, but with the people who shape the inclusive labor market. Real stories, open conversations, and inspiring insights, that is what Kraakhelder stands for.

In the first episode, listeners meet Marc, a crossdresser who only dared to be open about his true identity at the age of 55. A moving and powerful story about daring to be yourself, acceptance in the workplace, and the power of inclusion.

Talking together about what really matters

With the Kraakhelder podcast, Breedweer aims to show that cleaning is more than a service, it is a means to connect people and break down barriers. Each episode focuses on personal stories that show how work gains meaning when everyone gets the chance to participate.

Breedweer invites listeners to reflect on themes such as diversity, sustainability, and equal opportunities. Because only when we truly understand each other can we build an inclusive society together.
