How it all started?
Current director Jack Stuifbergen hired Wajonger Linda as a cleaner in 2009. He saw how incredibly happy she was—after repeatedly being left out of opportunities—to finally get a chance in the labor market. “I felt in my entire being that I needed to do something with this,” Jack explains. “Because everyone has a talent and deserves a fair chance to develop it towards a sustainable place in the labor market. And how great is it when everyone can provide for their own livelihood?” Cleaning turned out to be the ideal vehicle for this, and a new business model was born.
