Podcast Series KraakHELDer: Meet Impact Maker Jack Stuifbergen
Inge Diepman spreekt in deze aflevering van podcastserie Kraakhelder met directeur Jack Stuifbergen

We are proud to present the (for now) final episode of the six-part podcast series “KraakHELDer.” Throughout the series, Inge Diepman talks not about, but with the people who represent the inclusive labour market. The sixth episode shines the spotlight on Breedweer director Jack Stuifbergen. Because even the director of one of the fastest-growing companies in the Netherlands has a story to tell. His journey certainly hasn’t always been an easy one.

It's All About Happiness

In this episode of the podcast series, Inge joins Jack Stuifbergen, one of the three directors of Breedweer Facility Services. Jack is not the kind of director who simply gives orders. Instead, he believes in working alongside people and taking them on his journey to make the world a better and more inclusive place. In his spare time, he enjoys rolling up his sleeves in his own renovation paradise—a 1930s home that he and his wife have completely restored together.

The episode explores Jack’s childhood, when his family didn’t always have much financially, and the family business he stepped into in 2009 to help his parents through a difficult period.

His children describe Jack as a fun father and basketball coach who dances during dinner but hates losing. One thing is certain: even directors need coaching. Jack’s greatest coach and constant source of support is Esther, the woman he has happily been married to for fourteen years.

Everything revolves around happiness—but what does happiness really mean? And how does Jack use his moral compass to guide the choices he makes?

KraakHELDer Highlights the Personal Journey of an Entrepreneur

Tamara van Ark, Chair of Schoonmakend Nederland, thoroughly enjoyed listening to the podcast.

“What a wonderful insight into Jack’s motivation to build Breedweer into an organisation that truly makes a difference in the lives of people and the organisations they work for and with. The personal journey of an entrepreneur, with all its highs and lows, is impossible to hear without being moved. As the saying goes, without friction there is no shine. Whether you work in the cleaning industry, enjoy personal stories, or are simply interested in understanding what has shaped people’s lives, this podcast is well worth listening to.”
