Today, our colleague Esmar had the privilege of taking a behind-the-scenes look at TNO in Leiden, where she conducted an inspiring interview with the cleaning team that works every day to maintain a clean and pleasant working environment at the Sylviusweg location.
This team plays an important role in providing a fresh and safe workplace for TNO employees, and today they had the opportunity to share their story.
A special moment was the arrival of ambulant site supervisor Zoë, who travelled to Leiden early in the morning to support her team. Thanks to her help and dedication, the cleaners were able to complete their work on time and take part in the interview with Esmar.
In doing so, Zoë demonstrated the true value of teamwork, where every link in the chain is essential to achieving the final result.
